All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Top Liquidation Depot are sold in as-is, where-is condition. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any wholesale pallet purchases under any circumstances, except as specifically outlined in the Freight Damage section below.
1. Nature of Liquidation Merchandise
Top Liquidation Depot sources wholesale inventory from national retailer reverse logistics pipelines, carrier trade-in programs, and authorized overstock liquidation channels. All merchandise sold through our platform is liquidation inventory — which by nature includes customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, open-box units, and items in mixed grades of condition.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that:
- Inventory is sold in as-is, where-is condition with no warranty, express or implied.
- Unit counts are estimated and may vary by ±5% to 10% from the stated range.
- MSRP values are declared retail reference values only and do not guarantee resale price.
- Unmanifested lots do not include an itemized list of contents before or after purchase.
- Individual product condition, brand mix, size distribution, and colorway assortment vary by lot and are not guaranteed.
- A percentage of units in any liquidation lot may be non-functional, incomplete, or damaged — this is standard for all reverse logistics merchandise and is reflected in liquidation pricing.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all available lot information, ask pre-sale questions, and conduct their own due diligence before placing any order. Our team is available through the Contact Portal to answer pre-sale questions about specific lots prior to purchase.
2. Freight Damage Claims
Top Liquidation Depot is not responsible for freight damage that occurs during transit. All outbound shipments are released in good condition from our Tucson, AZ warehouse at 455 E Wetmore Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, and title to the goods transfers to the buyer at the time of release (FOB Shipping Point).
If your shipment arrives with visible freight damage, please take the following steps immediately:
- Do not refuse the delivery. Refusing a freight shipment does not initiate a return or refund process and may result in additional redelivery or return freight charges billed to the buyer.
- Note the damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, in the presence of the freight carrier driver. Written notation on the BOL is required to support a freight damage claim with the carrier.
- Photograph all visible damage to the pallet, outer packaging, and individual units immediately upon receipt, before moving or unpacking the shipment.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Portal with your order number, delivery date, and photographic documentation of the damage.
Top Liquidation Depot will assist buyers in filing a freight damage claim with the responsible carrier where documentation supports the claim. Resolution of freight damage claims is between the buyer and the freight carrier. Top Liquidation Depot does not issue refunds for freight damage.
3. Buyer Responsibilities Upon Receipt
All buyers are responsible for the following upon receipt of their order:
- Inspection and testing of all units for functionality, completeness, and condition prior to resale or redistribution.
- Grading and sorting inventory according to condition before listing or selling to downstream buyers.
- Accurate representation of condition to end buyers — Top Liquidation Depot is not liable for disputes arising from buyer-to-consumer resale transactions.
- Compliance with applicable laws governing the resale of consumer goods in the buyer’s jurisdiction, including product safety, labeling, and consumer protection regulations.
4. Electronics and Device-Specific Advisories
Buyers purchasing lots containing consumer electronics, smartphones, tablets, or connected devices acknowledge the following additional terms:
- iCloud Activation Lock: Buyers are solely responsible for verifying iCloud Activation Lock status on all Apple iPhone and iPad units upon receipt. Units with active iCloud locks require the original owner’s Apple ID credentials to unlock. Top Liquidation Depot does not issue refunds or replacements for iCloud-locked units.
- Carrier Lock Status: Buyers are responsible for verifying carrier lock status on all mobile devices prior to resale. Top Liquidation Depot does not guarantee carrier unlock status on any device.
- Battery Performance: Battery capacity and performance on returned electronics units are not guaranteed and are the buyer’s responsibility to verify upon receipt.
- Software Activation: Buyers are responsible for verifying software activation status on all devices prior to resale. Top Liquidation Depot is not responsible for software or firmware issues on any returned device.
5. Dockside Pickup Orders
Buyers who arrange dockside pickup at our Tucson, AZ warehouse are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup before leaving the facility. Once a pallet has been released and loaded, the sale is considered complete and no returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be accepted.
Buyers are encouraged to bring appropriate manpower, equipment, and vehicles to safely receive and load their order. Top Liquidation Depot provides forklift assistance for loading but is not responsible for securing the load once it leaves the warehouse.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this Return Policy and acknowledges that all sales are final. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment processor on a completed wholesale pallet purchase — without first attempting to resolve the matter directly through our Contact Portal — is a violation of these terms.
Top Liquidation Depot reserves the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation of the completed transaction, including order confirmation, shipping records, and applicable signed delivery documentation.
7. Questions and Pre-Sale Inquiries
We are committed to transparency and encourage all buyers — both first-time purchasers and experienced liquidation resellers — to ask questions before placing any order. Our team can provide information about specific lot contents, brand representation, condition composition, pallet dimensions, and freight logistics prior to purchase.
To submit a pre-sale question or post-purchase inquiry, please contact us through our Contact Portal. Our team responds to all inquiries within one business day.
